After a flood at my home the SERVPRO team responded quickly. They where very detailed & got the work done fast.

The first employee who came to my home was a very professional representation of SERVPRO. He was thorough in his detailed explanation of what could be the cause of the leak and also took pictures. Due to the weather he was unable to inspect the roof but stated he would call me back to reschedule a time convenient for me once the weather cleared. In the short time he was in my home, I was impressed with his professionalism and explanation of the situation. I don't know much about these types of issues, but he did a very good job explaining it to me in a way I could understand. I was referred to SERVPRO by my insurance company as one of their preferred vendors. I understand why they consider SERVPRO as a premier provider.

Regarding our flood damage, your service technicians provided outstanding service. They were courteous, professional, and helpful. Thank you for managing and extending outstanding service. We aren't happy about our misfortune in this situation, but are very happy with the prompt and efficient service provided by your company.
